This museum is the first antiquities museum of South Sinai. It contains about 5,200 artifacts documenting Egypt’s prehistoric and modern periods, as well as the cultural heritage of Sinai and the history of its inhabitants. The museum highlights the extensive history of Egypt and the harmonious relationship between the Egyptians and their environment. The museum’s exhibitions accurately depict the coexistence of Egyptian civilization with other civilizations.
